Welcome to Totally Shredded Newhaven with Michelle. This a cardio and combat HIIT workout.
You can expect:
- High energy music,
- A warm up,
- 4 rounds in the main section
- A cool down.
Sometimes I even add in a bonus round. Everyone is welcome no matter what their fitness or ability. All exercises can be high or low impact and while we work to the music you are invited to go at your pace. This is your workout and it’s all about doing your best.

Totally Shredded Newhaven: Price and Location
Classes are held at Riverside Hall, Newhaven on a Tuesday at 7pm and The Youth Hut, Denton Island on Thursday at 7pm.
Plenty of local parking and easy access via the bus and train.
Face to Face classes: With a choice of Totally Shredded on a Tuesday and Bootcamp-Circuits on a Thursday these can be booked: Individually £6.50 per class, 4 per calendar month £24, 6 per calendar months £33, 8 per calendar month £40, First time attendees only pay £5, Add on online classes at 10% discount
Payment needs to be made online in advance prior to each class.
Numbers are limited as we need to social distance in the hall. So please contact me to book onto the class on 07734590324.
Forms and practicalities
A PAR-Q form must be completed before the first session and you must inform the instructor if anything changes that could affect your ability to safely do exercise prior to each class.
COVID information; Please wear a mask in the shared areas of the building, use the anti-bac hand dispenser when entering and leaving the building. Cones will be placed in the hall to allow you to keep a safe distance while exercising. Please keep to the current rules regarding who you can arrive with.
