Which treatments are available?
- Massage 30 min, 60 min and 90 min
- Reflexology 30 min and 60 min
- Shellac mani and pedi
- Express and Traditional mani and pedi
- Body Waxing including the face under 1 hour
- Facial Treatments
- Online EFT, Wellbeing and Weight Management Sessions
Which treatments are not available?
- All treatments now available
What will I be doing to reduce the risks (some are standard procedure, I have listed for reassurance)
- Making the covid consultation form available online
- Making the new client consultation available online
- Providing hand sanitizer (70% alcohol) on arrival/ exit and in the treatment room
- I will wear a mask, visor and disposable apron
- Provide washable mask for those that don’t have their own and wash at 60 degrees
- Provide water for those that have forgotten a bottle
- I will wash my hands and arms before and after each treatment
- Clean with sanitizing products (70% alcohol) the shared spaces; Hall, downstairs toilet (only in use for clients on treatment days), bannisters, handles before and after each treatment
- Allow extra time between treatments for extra cleaning measures
- Change towels and PPE between treatments and sofa covers at the end of each day
- I will update this document as soon as I am aware of changes
What you, the client, should do
- Download the NHS COVID-19 app if you have a smart phone and camera. You can then scan the QR code on arrival at the treatment room. This is a legal requirement from 24th September 2020
- Complete the Covid-19 Form (all clients 24 hours prior to every treatment only if you don’t have a smart phone with camera so cannot scan the QR code)
- New clients to complete the Health Consultation Form ( 24 hours prior to first treatment)
- Advise if any health changes between sending the form and arriving for treatment
- Contact me and the NHS if you develop symptoms up to 2 weeks after treatment
- Wear a mask before arrival (if borrowing a washable mask don as soon as received) It is now a legal requirement for you to wear a mask on arrival and when the treatment has finished for paying and leaving. The mask may be removed during treatment time only if you cannot wear it for the whole visit)
- Bring a bottle of water
- Allow me extra time to get to the door so that I can don my PPE
- Ideally you will come straight from home and return home after treatment to reduce the risk of cross contamination from your clothes and skin
- Please ensure you read this newsletter (updates will be made here) and any forms completely before attending every treatment (covid form to be completed prior to EVERY appointment)
- If you have any questions or feel things could be done differently (within legal requirements) please let me know, your input is always welcome
Forms, Payment and Data Security
- If you can pay in advance please let me know you have done this to Michelle Rees sc 30-67-72 acc 10862160 Lloyds Bank with the reference of your name. Cash and card payments are still accepted if these are more convenient
- Your email and any information/ forms sent will be protected with my email password/ in a password protected document on a phone/ laptop with a password log in.
- Your details and information will only be used by me to contact you with the occasional newsletter/ update / booking information and only where requested to the NHS/ government for track and trace. You can unsubscribe from communication with me by sending me a message and I will record this.
- The information from the QR code is not sent to me it will be on your phone so the NHS can contact you directly with any relevant covid info from the places you have visited.
Finally
- My treatment room is in my family home, I am going beyond some of the measures in place to ensure your wellbeing is at the forefront of what I do. Please show myself and my family the same respect by following the guidelines and being prepared
